- Azi Atelier does not offer refunds for returned items. However, customers can request an exchange or store credit.
- Shipping fees and other associated costs are non-refundable.
- Custom made pieces are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact and unaltered.
- Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email support@aziatelier.com within 2 business days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs for verification.
- Upon approval, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a store credit if the item is unavailable.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery. Azi Atelier is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
