Refund policy

At Azi Atelier, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. To ensure clarity and satisfaction, please review our exchange and refund policy below:


1. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchange:

    • Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery for valid reasons, such as sizing or quality concerns.
    • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange.
    • Custom made pieces are not eligible for exchange. 
  • Initiating an Exchange:

    • To request an exchange, email us at support@aziatelier.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and any supporting details.
    • Our team will confirm the request and guide you through the next steps.
  • Exchange Options:

    • If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may opt for a store credit valid for 6 months.

2. Refund Policy

  • Azi Atelier does not offer refunds for returned items. However, customers can request an exchange or store credit.
  • Shipping fees and other associated costs are non-refundable.
  • Custom made pieces are not eligible for return. 

3. Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact and unaltered.
  • Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email support@aziatelier.com within 2 business days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs for verification.
  • Upon approval, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a store credit if the item is unavailable.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery. Azi Atelier is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions.
  • Customized or personalized products.

7. Processing Time

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.
  • Approved exchanges or store credits will be processed within 7-10 business days.
